For now, current update is, I sprained my ankle..
I've met up with tons of my friends !! n i am loving it..
Bar-celona or Barcelona was pretty wicked yesterday ... it was the company that made it wicked
but the place was packed !!... with clamps and mussels everywhere !!!..
Still keeping my record strong by visiting at least one-i-haven't-seen-friend-for-9-months since i got back,..

There are multiple ways of investment and managing your fund. I am no fund expert nor am I trained on any certified level. The levers I know are as following: 1) Real estate - rental income 2) Stocks & ETFs - company, industry dependent 3) Bitcoin - future potential of a decentralized currency To dive deeper - Real estate  You don't have real rental income until you actually own one, and rent one out. Essentially, you need to have 2 properties to start this. Staying in one then selling it for another better place is not passive income. In prime location and prime cities, it is no longer easy to find rents that will match, let alone exceed your mortgage payments. Transportation Malaysia : 2nd class lower forever

I've lived in 3 cities in the past 6 years of my life. One was where I grew up in and it is also where transportation is the worst. It is sad that after many years, Malaysia still have a terrible transportation system. Yes, the train networks are expanding but the bus services and city road plannings are terrible. It is natural to assume there will be traffic in any major city during peak hours. The government or the transport ministry puts planning into improving conditions: better rail network, more frequent bus services, accessible public bicycles, heavy occupancy vehicle lanes etc. Malaysia, however, has done poorly in all sections. My experience 2 years ago is similar to the one 2 days ago. I commute via LRT from Kelana Jaya to Damai on a daily basis. My dad has to give me a ride to the station and back from the station.
