PE1 : The main reason i never regretted taking further maths...

the time has come for US bound students... man, time sure flies..

I've started work in this company called SWM sdn. bhd. and i am not enjoying it because i am doing accounting instead of engineering works.. heck, that's not the point..

Celebrated Nick's birthday on Sunday at Luna Bar.. All of us, 13 of us didn't blurt out 'happy birthday' till like 45 pass his birthday... was meant to be a surprise, but knowing he's got the brains and all, he probably guessed it...

first time girls outscored guys !!! .. we had 7 girls vs 6 guys... an achievement for fellow PE1s..

This class is really amazing ... different people from different background make all of us unique, intelligent, attractive and everything else in our own way...

I've found like a family in them..
To name a few that are almost critical in PE1, at least from my point of view.

The Head of Family-Wei Kiat : He's like the mastermind of most things.. videos, trips etc...He deserves my salute. words can't describe this boy/man .. he's just an amazing individual.

Our beloved Princess- Chee lynn : Her laughters brightens up our day.. Her complains are our concern and we treasure her like no one else.

Simplicity Prince with his best buddy - Caleb : W/O his persistence in photography, pe1 never existed. We will never be who we are today, being able to treasure the memories through over flowing snaps. His simplicity of being a man wins our heart.. crew cut n the helping hand ..

THE Architect - Yheu Shen : Guy with a no-show-teeth smile sure knows his thing when it comes to architectural. Our only import from Penang and blends in well with his Eternity perfume and endless winking...

A lil uniqueness for the adopted - Nick Liew Jian-Wei : Always with his patchy shorts, coloured socks and wake up hair look. Wise guy from Cambridge with the love of music( too thin). Turns into hellboy after a sip of bacardi but survives with HER 50/50 poses..

The juggler - Kuok Shern : Fellow ESC and Trynamic Trio with awesome driving and juggling skills. Obedient kid, loves his Langkawi cap and challenges Nick for the Best Beach wear in Penang..

Straight Face Boy- Ming Han : Our texas gambler, too thin crew, ESC, TT and video presenter. His faceless impressions never fail to give our videos the best of its openings and closings.. the baby in the class with the lightest body.

Indian that likes hokkien mee - Yuva : He accomplishes our class as a multi-racial class ! Beating us flat with all his cards antics :p and always drinking double of what we drink ! Typical guy who loves Chinese food and jogs just to meet girls who walk their dogs ..

Sleeping tiny beauty - Nicole : Sleeps literally every second available then claims she forgot if she slept the day before.. Import from Miri where there's a new flyover. Her max speed is at 70km/hr on a highway but that doesn't stop her from catching up with us !

The lady who loose the spects- Yvonne Chua : Its amazing how you add to the population of the girls and you defy the odds by clicking with us ! Poses with her signature post and dislikes being videod.. Loves food like nobody's business .

The big/firm-ass guy who talks when hungry and sleepy - ME : I spice things up by adding a little nonsense to everything. Versatile at crapping and enjoys small talks with close friends..

PE1 will never be PE1 w/o these ppl !!

There are multiple ways of investment and managing your fund. I am no fund expert nor am I trained on any certified level. The levers I know are as following: 1) Real estate - rental income 2) Stocks & ETFs - company, industry dependent 3) Bitcoin - future potential of a decentralized currency To dive deeper - Real estate  You don't have real rental income until you actually own one, and rent one out. Transportation Malaysia : 2nd class lower forever

I've lived in 3 cities in the past 6 years of my life. One was where I grew up in and it is also where transportation is the worst. It is sad that after many years, Malaysia still have a terrible transportation system. Yes, the train networks are expanding but the bus services and city road plannings are terrible. It is natural to assume there will be traffic in any major city during peak hours. The government or the transport ministry puts planning into improving conditions: better rail network, more frequent bus services, accessible public bicycles, heavy occupancy vehicle lanes etc. Malaysia, however, has done poorly in all sections. My experience 2 years ago is similar to the one 2 days ago. I commute via LRT from Kelana Jaya to Damai on a daily basis. My dad has to give me a ride to the station and back from the station.
