I haven't been doing much since pe1 disbanded.

Shern is leaving tomorrow. Another one down. The UK people don't have much time left as well. Counting down the days is nothing to be ecstasy about.

Merdeka eve !!!! So we had our KK aka merdeka baby celebrating his birthday in Curve .
Nothing extreme, simple.
TGIF, with 14 of his closest friends. Man, that's how birthdays are supposed to be celebrated.
Close friends, sitting down for a good meal, catching up with each other.
Jim mastermind it though he was a little too late with the plannings ..

TGIF did their routine .. And ours was the LOUDEST !!! .. I swear everyone that passed by stopped at least for 30 seconds before moving on .. N i met 2 of my friends while they were singing for the birthday boy.

Chilled awhile and went over for countdown in front of Royal Bintang Hotel. Our favourite spot for countdowns.. Fireworks were turn-off. only 5 minutes. low budget. better than nothing though.

Went over to One World Hotel to have another surprise for KK from the DJ people...
Went to MCD for super early breakfast. Slept at 6 am.

There are multiple ways of investment and managing your fund. I am no fund expert nor am I trained on any certified level. The levers I know are as following: 1) Real estate - rental income 2) Stocks & ETFs - company, industry dependent 3) Bitcoin - future potential of a decentralized currency To dive deeper - Real estate  You don't have real rental income until you actually own one, and rent one out. Transportation Malaysia : 2nd class lower forever

I've lived in 3 cities in the past 6 years of my life. One was where I grew up in and it is also where transportation is the worst. It is sad that after many years, Malaysia still have a terrible transportation system. Yes, the train networks are expanding but the bus services and city road plannings are terrible. It is natural to assume there will be traffic in any major city during peak hours. The government or the transport ministry puts planning into improving conditions: better rail network, more frequent bus services, accessible public bicycles, heavy occupancy vehicle lanes etc. Malaysia, however, has done poorly in all sections. My experience 2 years ago is similar to the one 2 days ago. I commute via LRT from Kelana Jaya to Damai on a daily basis. My dad has to give me a ride to the station and back from the station.
