Hell i cant wait till i finish my finals to watch Euro 08..
been watching it between meals..
Okay so here's my verdict.
The team that has shown metal thus fas are namely Croatia, Portugal, Spain and Dutch.
My bet is on the Dutch, Croatia or Romania( if they qualify) to win this.
Portugal is good, but way too highly rated.
Spain is extremely expensive but short.
Dutch will be my bet. I haven't seen them play like that in years.
With Van der Vaart, Nistelrooy up ahead. I doubt they will be stoppable.
It is not their individual talents. It is their greatness as a team.
But one thing for sure. The have the brightest top but the UGLIEST SOCKS !
Imagine, bright orange and white shorts, fine, Netherlands, we know.
But hell no ! no white socks this time around ! They went for their feminine side,
Baby Blue socks ! Its not that the colour is ugly. It is just not Pretty ! I am a fan of
baby blue myself, but its a big no-no for a pair of socks.
Also, Van der Sar finally pops a black number, however, he has this white stripe
bending curvily over his chest which makes him so so feminine.
Enough of fashion critics for the jerseys. Italy chose a beast looking less-tightly fitted Azuri.
OMG, look at Luca Toni floating in it ! ..
My best bet for jerseys are still always the Germans and the Spanish.
Adidas always play on the safe side with their regular three stripes.
Nike went a tad too far this time around. We know its not just a tick, but please don't go
tooo far.
Anyways, back to football. Halfway watching the Dutch tormenting the les blues defense.
Thuram and Gallas should make way for youngsters. Malouda is useless.
Why the hell do you put too bloody good left footers on the same side !! Evra and Malouda.
They can't combine !
Try putting a right footer on the left and you get some1 bringing the ball into the middle as well as attacking the flanks ! Stupid Domenech. Let's hope France lose.
And Italy lose.
